Copycat Starbucks Lemon Loaf

 

Lemon Cake

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup melted butter 

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lemon zest

2  tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream or buttermilk

 

Lemon Icing

    1 cup powdered sugar 

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1-2 tablespoons milk 

Dump all in a bowl and mix. 350' for 40-50 minutes. Let loaf cool. Now make icing (adjust as needed for a thicker icing) and drizzle away. Store at room temp. Enjoy!
